Oh. My. Gosh.

The best day ever! Spent it with my mum, trying on beautiful dresses and feeling pretty for the first time.

She also paid for lunch out, which was a lovely treat.

Now just the decision of which dress... :eek:

Today is turning out to be pretty ordinary so far... I'm determined not to spend anything today.

I made my own, so never had the fun of trying on any...perhaps I should have, would have been fun!! Still, I enjoyed making my own dress....even if I did have to take the hem up while I was in hospital :eek:

So, after trying on many beautiful dresses on yesterday, and seeing how I looked in them, I need to focus on my diet! I've lost half a stone already, but still need to loose another stone and a half, maybe a little more, so I need to get cracking!

- I've already given up chocolate, crisps, biscuits and cakes for Lent, and I'm hoping that I can continue that after Lent ends, even if I end up having them sometimes, to not go back to how I was before....
- I also always need to make sure I eat breakfast - I was really good at one point but that has slipped lately.
- I also need to make sure I don't eat out of boredom/stress/emotional whatever - this is going to be the hardest!

I want to look good, plan and simple.

Hope your enjoying the break. Its sounds like you had a fantastic time. I can hear the squeals from here

Feeling and looking good starts on the inside and works its way to the outside. I am sure your OH will think you are beautiful no matter what.

You have achieved so much so far i am sure you wont be defeated and will be right where you want to be come next year.

Had a lovely walk today - the sunshine was (almost) out and it was warm Took a picnic with me and sat next to the river to eat it and then drove back home - lovely.

Another NSD to date - I'm finding it harder not to spend when I'm on holiday!
