I've got a court date for May & am worried what will happen!!

Options
I originally had paid to go to court to fight for my bank charges but it was put on hold but a coulple of months ago I received notification from the local court with a court date for both my accounts. I am worried whether I should attend or not. I am worried that if I lose will I have to pay more money out? Can anyone help with advice what to do? Has anyone won by going to court since the courts ruled last year in Banks favour?

    Which bank is it?
What are you going to court for?
Yes people have gone to courts THIS YEAR to amend POC's(particulars of claims).
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009

Have a good look here for general information and cases involving Yorkshire Bank http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=261

It is no longer a case of simply using a 'template' to amend your POCs. It needs to be tailored to you specific experiences with the bank to demonstrate unfairness.
