I'd refer you to Property One again, they put their properties on Property News as opposed to their own site. They do a lot around the Lisburn Road and University.

I've no connection with them except I was a very satisfied customer!

Hi,

I have rented out several houses and have unfortunately tried many agents. There are some I wouldn't mention as they really are a waste of time, though I'm so happy with my current agent I would definately recommend them to anyone who was wanting their property managed.

Believe it or not, even though my houses are mainly in Belfast I was recommended an agent in Bangor by a friend who has property down there, so I gave them a ring. I was a bit apprehensive due to my properties being in Belfast and Carrick, but they took them all on (over a period of time) and found tenants easily. I am really happy with the service, and I feel I am getting exceptional value for money as the service is great and their fees are cheaper than Belfast agents!

Anyone thinking of renting their property out should give them a call.
