I receive ESA Contibutions and am also still paid by my employers half pay occupational which ESA is aware of as had to send payslips. Am I entitled to Working Tax Credits? There seems to be some confusion regarding this? I am also to receive an ill health retirement pension soon which I know affects my ESA? How does this affect my tax credits?

Thankyou for your considered opinions.
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

How long have you been off work for? What were your household earnings for the past tax year?

You can only claim WTC for the first 28 weeks of sickness absence.

Do you have children and/ or a partner?

(Sorry, I leave my inbox full as I had a stalker that kept sending me dodgy messages! ;) )
