EDF Three Thousand £ Overcharge

Dear Sir,

I have taken EDF as far as the Energy Ombudsman as they charged me Three Thousand Pounds for my cottage the size of a dolls house!
The Ombudsman has lowered the bill and agreed with my complaint.
Does any one have any advise as to any compensation for the personal distress caused to myself and wife who has bipolar. EDF telephoned several times per day demanding money.

I think anyone would need more information to be able to answer this.

Why did the over charge occur?

Were EDF able to gain regular access to read the meters - did they try to?

Did you keep EDF up to date with your meter readings - it's your responsibility to.
