The Cole & Mason website links you John Lewis website who have just reduced them to £13.20 a piece. I ordered yesterday afternoon for a wedding present if they turn up great stuff if not..........have to scurry around looking for something else. They measure 7.5".SallyD0

Bought these for parents a year or two ago and they are poor, they just don't grind enough of the salt or pepper for my liking.
I went with the Conran range Mills and they are excellent.

Exactly the same for me. What are they playing at?? How can one e-mail say they are processing it and then the next, just 5 minutes later, say it's out of stock when it's still available to order on the website? Very shoddy.
I read some posts on here saying that Debenhams are bad for saying they'd accepted an order, then cancelling, but thought I would still order.
That's the last time I'll order anything on their website then. It's rubbish! :mad:Money, money, money, must be funny, in the rich man's World!0 -
It's like the M&S web site and the Leapfrog Tag books. Order cancelled and then a couple of days later the Tag Readers are back on sale and in stock.
Megga annoying, as it means you need to keep checking to see if it comes back in. The 10% codes had expried too by then
But at least they were still 50% off and as M&S decided they would keep the orders open for the books and send them when they were back in stock, I had to buy the reader.
Why could they have not done the same with that I wonder?
No - They cancel one item (Tag Reader) - not in stock and keep the other item open (the book) - not in stock, but we will send it when it is.... arrrhhhhI want to be credit card and loan free by Christmas 20100 -
Yes Debt Free Dreamer! And they say shopping onine is stress-free? Not when you're shopping with companies like this it's not.
I went back to see if the salt & pepper pots were still on there half an hour ago and it said that the product wasn't available. I then went on just now and was able to add it to my basket, so goodness knows what's going on but I wouldn't (usually) have expected this level of poor customer service from a company like Debenhams. I've had an email saying they're despatched!0
