I'm such a cheap date these days :rotfl:
Why is it that thinking about a chinese is so much more enticing than when you come to choose? I am half not bothered now with the menu sat in front of me.

I don't watch Dr. Who but I loved the Demon Headmaster books and series when I was a kid!
Gorgeous cottage. I'd love this flat:

But not much chance of affording it. I tried to work out how many books I'd have to sell to afford it, it aint gonna happen!
There's plenty of those around.

Sorry to hear that Claire, have you got a wheat bag?
I'm hungry but there's nothing I really feel like eating, I'm going to have an egg sandwich and I can always do another later on if I'm still hungry.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0 -

Cheers Pap, I got as far as my computer on my own but didn't have a clue after that! Loads of space left, which is good (although means my 'book' is nowhere near long enough to be called that!).
Text is very space efficient. You'd need to type over 150 million words to fill a 1Gb memory stick."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

average age: 72 (on one side)
average age: 25 (on the Sky TV/pool table side, brain cell number is less than 25)
Best bar snack: pickled egg
Highlight of the week: Friday night meat draw (saying that, I have won that before - the locals were quite sniffy about it :rotfl:)
Jukebox: No, but there's a piano in the corner
Number of women in there: 2, one of which is usually pished on cider and about 72 and sits in the same place at the bar each night, the other works behind the bar
Saying that, they do have Addlestones cider which is pretty good stuff. To be honest, it's a traditional old style bar, good for going along for the night and getting pished if you're with someone who wants to just sit and have a laugh.
