Npower to British Gas, are they as bad as each other?

I've been looking at other deals and Ebico/Equipower are not guaranteed to be the cheapest for me. Their daytime rate of 10.03p/Kwh is better than my current (25 and 12 after 225 units per quarter). However, British Gas have the best Econ7 rate of 2.6 compared to 3.11 for Ebico.
Really I need a realistic estimate of night and day usage for a 1 person 1 bet flat.
Summary
Supplier / Night / Day 1 / Day 2
NPower / 3.99 / 20.04 / 10.78
Ebico / 3.11 / 10.03 / 10.03
BG / 2.6 / 25.5 / 12.181
BG Click / 2.46 / 12.6 / 11.7
I need to monitor my usage so I can see the number of units I use.
Has anyone any experience of British Gas Click? It's an online account and is obviously cheaper for me than regular BG.
Well, Ebico might be cheaperHappy chappy0
