Ok my First listing on ebay . I was to go to a concert with a friend .
Friend sent me a text to say he wasnt going to the concert .I listed the tickets on ebay .10 minutes later friends phoned to say he would go to concert . I withdraw tickets from ebay .
Do I need to pay the listing fee . Ebay have sent me a bill .This is my first listing so not sure what I do .
