Not heard anything from either Halifax or Fairfax yet, and the £1 cheque hasn't been cashed.
Assuming that on 26th of April I have heard nothing, what happens then?0 -

This morning I received a letter dated 19/05/10, from Fairfax:We refer to your letter of 17/05/10 the contents of which we note.
We confirm that we have requested our clients to provide a copy of the original consumer credit agreement and this will be forwarded to you as soon as it is to hand.
We can confirm that until the agreement has been provided, this account has been placed on hold and no further action is being taken in respect of the claim figure.
When the credit agreement has been provided to you then we will require you to put forward your proposals for repayment of the account balance.
The waiting game continues.0
