Hi

Looking for some advice as feel like I'm drowning...
I'm Currently in a DMP with CCCS but as this is set to last at least 19 years I have applied for an IVA via CCCS.
I have not heard anything yet re the IVA but today received county court papers re my large loan debt.
CCCS just told me what to put on the form and send this back.
I am anxious that I will be asked to pay more than I am doing on the DMP and worried about my house etc, as the loan company is also my mortgage provider.
The loan is unsecured.
Any advice would be really appreciated.
