Broken DS lite

My DD has broken her DS lite. It was working absolutely fine, then the next minute it just switched itself off. My first thoughts were the battery, so charged it overnight. Still dead the next day. Have removed the battery and left it out for a couple of minutes, put it back in, and still dead.
Is there anywhere I can take it to be repaired? Or should I sell it on ebay for spares?

goto nintendo service centre...they will send you a postage slip or you can print one off. Send it to them tey will tell you how much it costs to repair it. I sent 2 of my brothers one with a broken hinge wouldnt turn on, the other my niece dropped in the bath. It cost £30.50 each and they were sent back in perfect working condition. Cannot fault Nintendo. I will stick with their products as there customer service was brilliant.
