Would primark give me a refund....?

Hey guys!
I bought some shoes from Primark yesterday. I want to get a refund on them even though I like them, but they're just abit too tight for my chubby feet lol and dont think they will be suitable. Only thing is, the price tag with the barcode on has come off and I dont know where it is,I've looked everywhere! I still have the receipt so will they give me a refund on them or no?!

They are not legally abliged to do anything but if you have a receipt then this should help in getting a refund. Have you worn them out at all?
  • No I was going to wear them out tomorrow night but Ive changed my mind.

Just ask, that's the best way to find out. You might have to accept a credit note but I'm not sure about the specifics of their returns policy.

Ask very NICELY and smile, they don't have to refund but they might.... if not put them on Ebay.

    Good Luck

I'd have a look around store to see if there was anything I wanted to exchange them for first, because that would be alot easier to do. If you find something, just say the shoes were a gift (excuse for not having the tag on) but don't fit properly, and they'll be fine with that :)

If not, it will be obvious that they haven't been worn so should be okay with you having a refund as its actually the reciept you need :)

    Hope this helps

The store that I work in will exchange/refund as long as it is within 28 days. You will probably be told to leave the tags on in future.

Yes they will - took some of those gladiator sandals back on Friday without their tag and they let me exchange :)
