naughty hsbc

hi. i need help please.
i had a business bank account with hsbc and associated with that their commercial credit card.
I don't use their bank account anymore however, am not allowed to shut it down until i pay off the credit card. I have taken HSBC to the ombudsman to reclaim unfair charges due to my business having financial difficulty.

I am still awaiting the outcome however this month i noticed on my commercial credit card statement that they have reduced my credit limit to £1 and the interest is mounting up unless i pay it off (which i can't afford to do)

are they allowed to do this?
thanks
