Nightmare with Monsterbeds

Hi All,
I have a nightmare with Monsterbeds, We bought a king size bed back in October 09
and it brook about 5 weeks ago so i called them, they said they will let order a new part and let me know so 4 weeks later no call nothing so i called up today and spoke to someone called John he says we forgot to call you but maybe next week we might get a part in but not sure, anyway we had disagreement and he put the phone down on me.
Is there anyway of me getting my full money back as I don't want the bed anymore becuase of the poor service and broken bed that we had to sleep on for 5 weeks.
Please help

You've got little change getting your money back now. All you can reasonably hope for is a repair, replacement or perhaps a partial refund.Hi All,
