ive given my meter readings - but want to find out the best deals around at the moment
Currently I'm on Npower for Electricity and British Gas for Gas -
Is it better to make them from the same company?
Which companies have the best deals at the moment?
Its a two bed terrace with gas oven, not sure about the central heating and not sure how I'd find out?!
Any help would be apppreciated!

You won't really be sure what you are going to use. The average consumption in the UK is 20,500kWh for gas and 3,300kWh for electricity, but obviously that is an average and you may use more or less for one or both. Best to plug different figures into comparison web sites and see which one is roughly the cheapest for you. You should consider an Online/'paperless billing' tariff, where you pay by monthly direct debit to get the best discounts. Hope that helps0
