I will just have to give it a try and hope for the best. I am annoyed that I had asked OH to put it on his credit card so we could claim it back if it all goes pear shape but he didnt feel comfortable doing it even though I would have given him the money to pay it off straight away. I only work part-time so always got turned down for a credit card otherwise I would have done it myself.

Oh well at least we'll have a story to tell the kids, when they come along and a great moral of a story too, listen to your mum, shes always right
