I paid on the 21st of Feb, so by the sounds of it I should be recieving it soon!
I guess you take a risk with Landy. I'm fully prepared for mine to be awful!0 -
Oh sorry to post again, when I paid Landy they sent a payment request with the payment as being for a 'service' not for 'goods'. If they did the same for you, I think this means that you won't be able to dispute it with Paypal anyway? Which is a shame.0

Lindaatno9, Thanks for offering, i will deffently email you the pics as it is the advice of a dressmaker that I desprately need!
Gleeful, have you emailed them recently asking when they would be send you your dress? I emailed them and added the excuse that I was moving at the end of the month so need to know asap. I am moving but I had them sending it to my sisters house from the beginning:kisses2: Getting Married 5th November 2011 :kisses2:0 -

I have photos now with and without the petticoat and you can see that the hem is uneven.
I emailed Landy yesterday but havent got a replay from them today so I am giving them until Thursday and then I am oping a dispute with paypal.
Has any one ever opened a dispute with paypal? What can I expect will happen?:kisses2: Getting Married 5th November 2011 :kisses2:0 -

I've done it through an ebay purchase once - an item I ordered never arrived. I tried sorting it out with the buyer, but they fobbed me off, telling me they had proof of purchase, but never giving evidence of this, so I got a refund.0 -

They are terrible with emails - go on the site itself and see if live chat is open.0 -
Miss S, sorry to hear about your dress woe's
Unfortunatly I dont think you should hold your preath with paypal, I am sure they only refund on e-bay sales/disputes.
I bought GHD's which turned out to be fake. I thought I was ok because I paid with paypal, but they were not inteested.
Good LuckI am pleased to give hairdressing help or advice, but a thank you doesn't go a miss.0
