Hi,
I have a samsung 40 inch hd tv.the dtv appears to of crashed when you go in and is stuck on BBC1 with no screen.
It wont allow you to change channel and when you try to access the menu to reinstall the channels it is greyed out and wont allow you to get into the option.
Does anyone have any experience of this or know how to solve this problem?
I didnt know if there is an easy way such as some sort of reset button on the tv that can change it back?
Any help would be much appreciated?
Thanks

What's the model number? If you don't give that there could be a range of possible numbers, and the following questions:
a) does the user manual say anything about Reset?
b) can the place you bought it from help?
c) is there anything useful on the Samsung website?
d) have you tried Googling with the model number and "reset"?0 -
And have you unplugged it from the electricity for a minute then plugged it back into the electricity again?
