Scottish Power vs Ovo Energy, any advice?

Hi there, I'm thinking of moving from Scottish Power now my Discounted Energey tariff has ended - I have mild dyscalculia so find the % savings etc a bit confusing. SP have offered me a continued 4% discount on their standard Economy 7 Tariff or according to energyhelpline.com Ovo Energy - New Energy Fixed could be my cheapest.

Any advice? What is ovo's customer service like? I've found SP to be so-so.

Forgot to add, I prefer DD & paper billing option!

They do, but compare that with the next cheapest paper billing tariff and you will see its still much cheaper.
    Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently! ;)

I've been with Ovo for just over 3 months. I like the monthly bills that they email to me and the ability to enter your own meter readings online. I could understand your need for paper bills if they only made your bills available from their website but the emailed bills mean that I have a copy that is independent of their website.

    Cheers

    James.
