Hi there,
I am getting my wtc and ctc on an estimated salary of £5430.
I got my P60 and it says I earned £6495.21, which is £1065.21 difference.
What should I do? Do I just wait untill my renewal pack comes or phone them up?
Will I need to pay the difference all at once? I am a single mother with a 1year old on a part time job...I can hardly live as it is!
Any help will be great.

Unfortunatley you do have to wait until your annual review pack comes to finalise figures, as for an overpayment, I guess it depends, as there is the £25,00 income disregard for the first yr, so as far as CTC stands that should be ok, but I'm not sure about the WTC element??
It would probably be in your best interest to phone in and tell them the new figures so you will be paid at the right rate from now until your pack comes, as they will take the last yrs earned figures as this yrs for your new entitlement.0
