I wanna stop my neighbour blocking my drive!

Can be difficult this one; you say he's blocking you in, he thinks you're crap at parking. Anyway, best course of action is to be thoroughly reasonable at all stages, this has the best long term effect on idiots. You can entertain yourself with thoughts of buying a £50 car and ramming him out of the way.Happy chappy0

A variation on the "buy an old banger and ram his a*ss out of there" theme would be to use the old banger as a kind of gateway. Park it in front of your drive and only move it to let your car in and out. Of course you will have tons of extra expense and hassle but this way that git will never have the chance to block you off and the satisfaction in knowing that would be enough for me to go to such lengths. It would be better to leave your main car parked there instead but you can't leave it there continuously to guarantee that he won't sneak his car in while you are away.1
