    When an individual has vested thier entire mental capital in a theory, they can become immovable. The history of science in fact demonstrates this.

    Permabears in my view tend to be anchored down whereas others have a much more fluid processing style that is able to see outside the current reality tunnel.

    Dont whatever you do belive the pundits and politicians that think £100k is a high FAMILY income. Its pretty normal here.

    it's such a shame when people have to resort to disrupting threads and attacking individuals just because they don't like the news coming from the housing market.

    it's happening all too frequently now. very sad.

    I've been thinking Hamish McTavish is a 50 Cent Poster for a while.

    He could even be more than one person. In fact, several people posting under one name, all on the UK government payroll.

    Think about the inconsistencies in his approach and how boringly trollish he is.

    How much time does he have to post?

    What else goes on in his life? Doesn't seem like much!

    On RM today there are 48 new properties added in the past 24 hours in my county. That figures is new ones and those with a different price (it's been working like that for a couple of months).

    13 are reductions of up to 5-10%
    1 was sale agreed and now available again
    34 were new to market

    I think to find 14 properties reduced or available again out of 48 is quite a significant marker.
