Low fumes paint

hi all,

I am looking to paint some rooms with plain magnolia emulsion, gruby hands get everywhere. Problem is that my OH cannot stand the smells, hes got breathing probs. He sleeps upstairs during the day, and i want to have the rooms painted one day at a time b4 hes down in the pm. please help advice as to how to achieve this

    Are you sure you need to paint? Grubby finger marks and foot scuffs will come off with sugar soap, never found any other cleaning product to be so effective! You'd really need to wash the walls down before emulsioning anyway as any dirt or grease may stop the new pain adhering properly.

    why not try something like www.naturepaint.com/
    Its a cost a bit but just smells like lemon when wet and the colour range is a bit basic, i painted my asmatic son's bedroom with it and he was able to sleep in his room the same night with no issues.

    Just realised that this is a Cornish based company, just to state I do not work or know anyone who works for this company (wish i did i might have got a discount)
