How to make omelete

That's the way I was told many years ago by someone whose brother was a chef in the Navy. I don't like the taste of omelettes that have been put under the grill either. I prefer them to have all their cooking in the pan. I also think the pan you use can make a difference.Jake'sGran wrote:By the way, the best way to make scrambled eggs was given by a chef on TV.
