Hi,
I wonder if anyone can help me, bought the system in mid-december from currys online. Recently it has been hard to turn on and sometimes it makes a awful noise ususally turn it off and back on again works, but obvisiously there is something wrong with it. As it is now five months old can anyone tell me what my best course of action is? will currys deal with it or will it be acer.? hope some one can help me, Thanks carole

Take it back to Curry's - you have a contract under the Sale of Goods Act is with them and they are the people who are required by law to put the problem to rights.
Do not get involved with Acer - their after sales service is long and drawn out and (in my case) did not do anything.
I've no experience with Curry's after sales service but it can't be any worse - unless they send the machine back to Acer!0 -
