Thanks your workaround seems to have worked - although it 'forced' me to enter a mobile number even though it wasn't mandatory!!

Now as long as topcashback registers the transaction we're laughing! Had problems with them recently whereby it only gave £20 for house insurance rather than £45 with Sheila's Wheels even though I did take out a combined policy.

I only got as far as the quote but SP phoned me last night wanting to quote and told me the Online Energy 9 has been withdrawn which is why its no longer featured in the list so please be careful and make sure you haven't been shifted to another tariff. The new one they are pushing is one without standing charge which tracks British Gas rates but the quote he gave me saved me £100 less than uSwitch's best ones so I left it with him!

I just switched. It gave me the option of the online saver 9 for dual fuel and also said it would save me nearly £60 a year.

for those trying to get the online saver 9 are you selecting dual fuel and also monthly DD? not sure if that has anythingn to do with it or not, but maybe..

Supplier Scottish Power Online Fuel Dual Fuel Tariff
name Online Energy Saver 9 Dual Fuel
    Payment method Monthly Direct Debit
    Estimated annual saving£ 59.89 (8.2%)

Mine all seemed to go through smoothly and it has been registered with topcashback as it is showing payment pending BUT I haven't received any confirmation emails from SP. Not sure what to do for the best - wait until 31/5 when the £130 gets logged into topcashback and then look to switch again or contact SP.

I got an email from SP the same day but nothing is tracking on TC. I'll leave it another day then cancel if it's still not tracking.

It's back on Quidco now extended until Thursday night.

ring them up & see whats happened.

i didnt get confirmation so i rung, was told that it wasnt showing on there system but because i had cancelled a few days earlyier they said there system classes a cancelled app as a pending app so it auto cancels the new one.

£130 tracked on quidco, hope they payout lol
    doubt it though

Edit: iv just tryed re-signing up but guess what? no email confirm lol

sent them a complaint email, see what they say

Cancelled the first as it didn't track, so I've ordered through Quidco, it's tracked but now no confirmation email from Scottish Power:?

I'm beginning to think SP are doing it deliberately

Ive just switched FROM SP to EDF - uswitch reckons about £350 saving for my dual fuel. Since I told them SP have rung me endlessly trying to get me back. Last night they rang again and there was so much noise in their call centre I could hardly hear the guy. He kept saying he could save me "not much, but something" if I didnt go ahead with moving to EDF. To be honest I cant be naffed to switch again for "not much".
