This is my first post on this site, but have been a fan of Martins for ages. Does anyone know anything regarding a article I read in the Daily Mirror on Monday the 31st July. Capital One have failed to send 100,000 customers a copy of the terms and conditions for their payment proctecion insurance, and this was a legal requirement. They are writing to 6,000 customers to gauge the responce as they are entilted to a refund even if the insurance is still in place ?

If you have (succesfully)claimed against the policy you will not get a refund.
If you have not go for a refund (if that's what you want).0
