Need help to remember Scot Power Switch Offer as they don't recognise it

I switched to Scottish Power recently on around 18 Feb with Energy Helpline. I was promised £15 from Energy Helpline and the offer from Scottish Power was something like £25 free fuel and £25 in cash. Please tell me I'm not going mad and this did happen and what the amount was as I rang the call centre and they hadn't heard of it. I knew I should have taken a screen shot!!! Any advice?

Have you tried phoning Energy Helpline? Perhaps they will remember the offer?
