I would like my couch to be delivered when its meant to,thats the whole reason they give you the 12 week wait so they can back themselves up.... If you've got nowt positive to say then don't reply.......0

If you were happy to wait till 8th April for delivery, an extra nine days won't hurt. It's out of CSL's control, anyway.
You could, if you want to, write to them, telling them that time is of the essence and giving them a deadline for delivery. Obviously, you need to be reasonable, bearing in mind they have now given you a date of 17th April. How about writing, telling them that the suite must be delivered by, say, 24th April?0 -

To be fair, custardy was helpful - he asked what you want to happen.
Obviously, wanting it to be delivered on 8th April is pointless - it won't happen, and they've explained why.0 -
Did you pay a delivery charge? You may be entitled to a full or partial refund of that if you did. Otherwise, you can cancel the order outright under the DSR (assuming you ordered online/over the phone rather than in store).0
