AVIVA car insurance quote .... didnt ask employment questions?

Hi chaps .... not posted on this insurance forum before so apologies if this question has been asked before.
Currently searching for car insurance renewal quote, and have gone online and obtained a quote through Aviva ....... asked the normal questions apart from what our occupations were and what sector we worked for?
Anybody know why? Every other time i've got a quote these questions have also seemed important?
Also, we have our house insurance with Aviva as well, so i asked if i would get a discount on the quoted price (i phoned to ask this) and was told yes 15% in one breath and then £20 discount in another, but couldnt get this in writing til i accepted the quote. Couldnt work out a 15% discount in my head whilst on the phone, so didnt question it when she said £20 discount ...... when i worked it out £20 is only a 5% discount. So my question is does anybody what the discount is for having house insurance with them as well?
Thanks

When you did the quote you agreed their assumptions, which includes not having any occupations they don't want. You must have just agreed them without reading them!0

"No driver of the vehicle will require business use in relation to a driving occupation eg. Taxi Driver, Courier.
No driver of the vehicle is a professional sports person, actor, actress, model, circus/fairground worker or anyone connected with the entertainment industry"
Quentin .... you mean the above assumptions .... yes i did read these assumptions and agreed to them, as i/we are not any of the above. But still thought our occupations/sector would be required as standard. Only curious has have always been asked in getting a quote for car insurance!0
