Credit Cards for Sales Reps?

in Credit cards
Hi all,
I am an area sales manager for a construction company, I stay away quite a bit and usually have lunch with clients on a few occasions. I have £1300 of previous debt on my Alliance and Leicester (MBNA) credit card but I also use this as my "expenses" credit card for work.
This changes a lot, like last week my expenses were £700, but other weeks it may be much smaller. I also have a £2200 debt with morgan and stanley on their fixed 5.9% card for the life of the balance - I never never use this card for purchases, just to ease my mounting debts after my wedding last year.
Could anyone help with a card, purely for my expenses (and that £1300) that will reward me more than my A&L card, I have a nectar card, tesco clubcard so if any pay points on these it would be good. I am mainly looking for the best card to suit my needs.
All your help is greatly appreciated.
Andy

Thanks a lot,
those sites really helped.
Are there any other sales professionals in the same boat as me?0 -
No, have a corporate card for expenses which makes things much simpler esp when taking into consideration how long it can take to get our expenses backAll posts made are simply my own opinions and are neither professional advice nor the opinions of my employers

I get a fuel card, but its just for hotels, wining and dining and other little bits'n'bobs.
I would love a corporate card, but im sure that someone must have taken the p!ss at some point as they no longer do it...... bummer.0 -
Any other sales reps / managers out there?0

Yes me, I am a Channel manager working from home for a large company, I use an Egg Money card as I get 1% of my spend as cashback, like you I pay for hotels and entertaining plus diesel which I claim backfrom the company usually monthly. I previously used my Tesco Mastercard because they offer extra clubcard points, I use their filling stations when I can.
I can have a corporate card but then I don't get the points and I could have a fuel card but the tax on it is far more per month than I ever pay in private mileage.0 -
I'm a manager for a team of engineers & run up about £350 a week in expenses
I also use the Egg Money account & keep it purely for work.0 -
So is egg the best? Seems like most people agree on this one0
