Llyods and hardship claim

I recently sent a letter to Lloyds TSB regarding reclaiming charges due to financial hardship.
I explained that I had become unemployed and that I have serious mortgage arrears. I also informed them that I am currentlly being treated for depression.
Their response...a bog standard letter twittering on about the supreme court judgement, and how they believe their charges to be fair etc etc.
They did not even bother to ask me to fill out an income and expenditure form, or ask for proof of arrears.
Where do I go from here? Getting something back may be the difference between me staying in my home or not.
The lack of humanity is frightening, and the smug, patronising tone sickening. Have the banks now become untouchable or what.
Any sound advice greatly recieved.

Write them again and include your own income and expenditure form and explain the circumstances to them.
