my parents had bark and it stunk of sick

My worry with using stuff from a Tree Surgeon, is that there is a likelihood of contamination from Honey fungus which would be bad news indeed.
I did ask my tree guy about diseases .. he said what they is any diseased tree they cut is burnt and the truck is washed down after use ..
around here its about £30 a load ..0 -
I bought loads of the bark bags from Lidl (have a bad back so I can't lift the larger bags) and it was pretty pongy ... the smell did keep the cats off the bed though so to me that is a bonus.
The pong has now gone away and the cats have stayed away0
