BT evening price plan

Hi all

I've just logged onto my account to see that they've charged me for a call I made last night at 6.15pm

I've just clicked on my price plan (unlimited evening and weekend calls) and I notice it says 7pm to 7am. I'm sure it was 6pm to 8am.

Looking back at recent calls and I haven't been charged for previous 6pm calls

Have I missed an announcement? Has anyone else experienced the same thing?

Thanks

    Yes, you have I'm afraid - http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=2161401

It was 6pm to 6am (Primus's is 6pm to 8am) and, from 1-4-10, BT changed it to 7pm to 7am.

Unless the number of calls (i.e. exceeds 100 per month, every month) you make between 7am and 7pm weekdays mean you can justify changing to BT's £4.99/month Unlimited Anytime Plan, using 18185 is the obvious way ahead.
Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.
