Citibank £25 charge

Hi,
I had £240 in my citibank current account that I needed transferred to my Lloyds TSB account. I initiated a transfer of the amount on citibank.co.uk but it didn't go over immediately so instead after a day I withdrew the money from an ATM and deposited it in my TSB account myself.
Now citibank have charged me a £25 fee for unpaid SO/BP, because the £240 was not available for the transfer I had initiated.
Do I have any cause for recourse here or do I simply have to pay the fee? Are they going to charge me an unauthorised overdraft fee of top of this as well as the £25 fee puts me in credit?
What should I do?

Just in case anyone else gets in a similar situation: I went into a citibank branch and explained what happened and the £25 was refunded a couple of days later
.
Always better doing these things in person.0
