Hi,
We have found "the" house.Unfortunately ours has been on the market 3 weeks , we had 2 viewings, 1 interested but have theirs to sell.

I've heard an offer is on the table (low offer)on the property we like, and am keen to step in.

We have a small outstanding mortgage on this house (£50,000).
We are considering a bridging loan.
What do you think?

Really appreciate any advice!
