Hello!
Just a quick question, has anyone used an online solicitor for their conveyencing? I've had a quote from i-convey, its approx £200 cheaper than the local solicitor we used last time. Just a bit concerned about not being about to go and pester them! Any comments much appreciated!
We accepted an offer on our house yesterday and are beginning the negociations for the house we'd like to buy today, ao any tips on battering down price also appreciated!!!
Thanks in advance, Emma

You get what you pay for.0

I used conveyancing wharehouse they was okay for a remortgage, but when i come to buy a house the quote what they shown us when we instructed was a lot lower than what they charged us at the end, it was still probably less than a normal solicitor, but be aware the quotes are not exactly what you pay.0
