0371 Numbers, ever heard of them?

As a noob I hope I haven't started a new thread unecessarily. Has anyone heard of 0371 numbers, I came across it today in the course of my busines. As I use skype for all my outbound landline calls I want to make sure they're included. I'm sure that 0370 and 0333 numbers are but hadn't come accross this and very few references to it on a google search. Any thoughts?

Thanks!

All 03 numbers whatever the prefix are included in all major network operators inclusive minute packages this also includes mobile phone operators.

If you havent got inclusive minutes they are charged the same as a 01/02 geographical call.
