Dear MSers,
My mother-in-law has been living in France for some years now, and has been widowed for the last year.
She seems to be paying a fortune for utilities and I wondered if anyone can offer advice on all aspects of moneysaving in France?
Also, she always pays a fortune for clothes and gifts. Is there anywhere bargainous??
Any advice would be brilliant.
Thanks,
SFG x

You might be better posting this on 'Living Abroad Tips and Hints for Moneysavers', which is a 'sticky' thread at the top of this board, where an expat living in France may be able to offfer you advice.(AKA HRH_MUngo)

Imagine someone holding forth on biology whose only knowledge of the subject is the Book of British Birds, and you have a rough idea of what it feels like to read Richard Dawkins on theology: Terry Eagleton0
