i have read on internet that we can not claim jsa joint claim becasue we have dependant children ?

Yes you can have a joint claim, if you are both activly seeking work. You need to call tax credits and inform them of a change of circumstance.0

You CANNOT have a joint claim as you have dependants, but you can be named on the claim. Basically only your partner will have to sign, you will be excused0

do we have to cancel his jsa what he is claiming now and start a fresh claim where i am named on ?
or could we both just go into the jobcentre and put me onto his claim ?0
