Woohooo moving into our first home today, my question is there a set time that the keys exchange? Will there estate agents call saying I can collect the keys or will my solicitor?

    time will be any time betweek 9 and 5

    as soon as the funds clear and the other sides solicitor is happy that everything has gone through they will then "release" the keys and you can collect....

    You should get a call from your solicitor to tell you this - but sometimes you may need to do a bit of chasing!
