Faulty Aqualisa

Our Aqualisa Quartz Digital shower seems to have developed a fault with the valve. One of the reasons for our purchase was that it had a 5yr guarantee. However, I can find every other receipt for except this one - I feel such a fool! Do I stand a chance of claiming under the warranty - is it worth going back to supplier (Screwfix)?

When did you buy it?0

I had a similar problem with an Aqualiser valve. I had no receipt (shower system was bought by the previous owner of the house), but contacted Aqualiser directly and they asked me to return the part for them to inspect.
They were very helpful, replacing the faulty part without charge, and it is still working perfectly 6 years later.0 -

We have an Aqualisa shower and I have always found their telephone customer service to be excellent and you may well find they have a record of your purchase on their systems.
It's well worth giving them a call.0
