  • I've got a letter saying they are paying what they owe me into my bank account

The details of which they hold on file

    Oh no they don't

and the account breakdown says -£100 balance plus they've taken another £50 since, yet they say they owe me £20
 I've paid the CSA off and stopped them taking payments:beer:
I'm stillowed some arrears by my ex

I was a NRP, now I'm a PWC, partner of a PWC, and parent of a PWC ( and very confused at times )

sort of,the CSA were trying to say i owed a certain amount of money (very large sum) as arrears.

in the meantime i was paying them an amount each month until it was sorted out.

in the end my legal people proved them wrong,i owed nothing and the monies i was paying was all refunded.

so in the end,i,m quite a happy bunny. :D;)

i paid £600 for a years subs to some legal people to handle my case for me,well worth the money.

i dont know if you know, but if you have never received and filled in a MAINTENACE ENQUIRY FORM,then the CSA will not have a case against you. (e.g. form sent to wrong address etc)

of course everybodys case is different and this may not apply to you, well worth getting in touch with a legal agency regarding this.

the CSA will lie and say they have evidence they dont really possess, they will stoop to any lengths to get money out of you,as i say search google for CSA HELP.

the people i used are called DURHAM LEGAL SERVICES.

hope some of this helps ;)
  • I assume that's Durham Legal services not leagal

im sure i filled in a maintenance enquiry form, this the one that asks for wage slips etc?

but im sure i had been assessed befoe i got this form, how could they do that?
  • Effectively they Guess !

It was a common tactic at one point if they thought you were slow at sending forms back etc, do an assessment at a high figure then you would send stuff back.

It caused a number of NRPs ( mostly male ) to commit or attempt to commit suicide
