how can i get back the money the CSA owe me

my case has been closed by the CSA with them owing me a considerable amount of money,my question is how do i get it back.

i have been waiting a month now since the case was closed in my favour, spoke to them today and the person i spoke to said there was an internal dispute regarding who was dealing with it. i was promised a phone call this afternoon from them, but ,as usual,it never came.

this money is mine and i want it back, what can i do?

any help is appreciated.

have you got it in writing that they are owing you this money?

if so i would contact them by letter and send a copy of it to your MP recorded delivery

one option is to get a snotty solicitors letter to them threatening court action through the small claims court. and tell them that legal fees and interest will be added. not sure if it's possible now that they have lost crown immunity. could be worth looking into.

press involvement could be worth a look, but you are nrp though, and nrp is scum to most of the press.

best bet is mp though. dunno how helpful he/she will be now that election date has been confirmed though.

failing that, write to them everday. email them, phone them etc, until they get fed up and pay you just to get rid of you!! :D
NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.

and, please. only thank when appropriate. not to boost idiots egos.
