Sofa springs

Not even sure I am posting this in the right place, so please free feel to move me!
I bought my sofas from DFS about 4 years ago & already the springs are going, it's really annoying me as a small person (weighing in at 6 stone!) as my sofa is no longer firm and i'm sinking into the cushions - it probably hasn't helped as most of my family are big/obese people and I feel awful saying this, but I cring everytime they sit down on them - I saved so hard for these sofas and love them to bits!!!! Now my question is can I do anything about it - would it still be covered by DFS? How would I know? I took out the 5 year stain protection cover.
I mean its not so bad at the moment, but would like to do something before the springs completely go?
Slightly mad here, sorry for the rambles!!
