Bank charges

Options
Hi this is my first post here so go easy on me lol :D

I started to reclame my bank charges (for going over my over draft) but had them put on hold when the banks where taken to the supreame court. Sadly I had only sent a letter asking for the money back by this time (about £1500 if I recall.) After the banks won the court case I got a letter from HSBC (my bank) telling me that as the rulling was in there favour and the charges where classed as fair HSBC where closing my case (this was late last year)

What I want to know is where do I go from here, Since that time I have been charged £150 4 or 5 times for going over my over draft and I'm finding it hard to stay in my overdraft thanks to this charge!

Should I restart the clam asking for the last 6 years of staitments and them ask for the money back under
financial hardship and the fact this is snowballing me into worse problems?

Thanks
Chris

Thanks, I have read the guide a few times, It says about responding to the banks letter with in 8 weeks, but I cant find anything about what to do if you have let that 8 weeks expire.

In this case It was last year they sent me a letter telling me what since the court rulling they would be closing the case. I think my best action will be to start a new clame and see whats happens.

    thanks
