Fire engines and police everywhere this morning @ 5am, could not see any smoke as it was still dark. There were fire hoses across Port Road coming out of the fire station (Handy!!:rotfl: ) so I am assuming they needed the water for something.
Apparently the police have been questioning some kids who were seen messing about there last night by staff from the Tesco canteen.
Don't know any more than that tho. You're Damned If You Do & You're Damned If You Don't :doh:0 -
I read in the echo that the music studio and computers have all been destroyed causing tens of thousands of pounds worth of damage as well as the kitchens. They are studying CCTV footage and apparently the caretaker foiled an ealier attempt to burn the gym down.
We live next to Romilly schools and have witnessed many times, stones being thrown at the windows and teenagers trying to break in.

doesn't look like they're any closer to catching who did it, judging by what they're saying in the gem and the post
i hope people haven't lost coursework and stuff, that's really sad if that's happened.0 -
This happened when I was in school. We returned for year 11 and someone had set fire to the school. Luckily enough for us our coursework was smoke damaged but not actually burned. We didn't appreciate having to re-write every single piece of work though - and the smell!!!!!Am not witty enough to put something cool and informative here:o0
