I spotted that the other day but he hadn't added photos at that point! Have you seen the piccie of the wooden spoon? He's a little flummoxed because it's slightly square!! Bless, at least he's making an effort! :rotfl: :rotfl:0 -
Well item is listed on ebay so a productive evening all round.

they are very clever, he was given the kittens because he was pining when his lifetime friend died and thought that i might like them, they are called Twix and Crunchie (i have chocolate issues!) Twix is currently hatching the pc mouse.0

We got Haggis because Murphy, our remaining cat was pining. He's diabetic and not a dfw friendly cat but we can't part with him! Was thinking of putting 'adopt a diabetic cat' shares on ebay, for a fee people could have updates about him and a christmas card. Surely it's as good as adopting an elephant and much much cheaper! Any takers?????January budget

Oh cool, when are you aiming to get your piano then? My daughter starts lessons at school in September as she loves hearing me play (though i've very rusty so maybe she's humouring me!)January budget

I would love to do that just for all the free make up.
Yes I am. I love it and not just for the extra income!
I'm getting some great bits and pieces put aside for Christmas - I got a lovely kimono this time. There was a special offer in the last brochure that if a customer spent £8 on certain products they would get it free. 3 people went for the offer and another 2 bought individual items, not £8 each but the combined total was more than £8. This meant I could an extra kimono for myself. I have decided to put in my Christmas present drawer to give to one of the family.PigginSkint's debt free diary

ted (cat on picture) had age related renal failure so was on special food, his friend Tootsie had hyperactive thyroid so was on tablets. so i can understand your adoption idea.
Luckily the cats i have been left are only two so touch wood are ok0 -

I'm hoping within a couple of months. I'm only after a basic digital piano but its still £600. I've got £40 saved so far but I should be able to add a fair bit more over the next couple of months when I've paid off the immediate debts.
I feel a bit bad as I should probably pay off the loan but its money from stopping smoking and being more DFW/OS so I'm not that guilty about it.
I've been practicing today on my old keyboard and I'm pretty rusty too. Think I need to do a fair bit of practice first - and cut my nails

shame you aren't local to me, my friend is just about to become a full time student and is selling her piano. i got one about 6 months ago and get lessons at mates rates prices, mostly i get homework though and when i think i have progressed enough book another lesson0

Know the feeling about cutting nails, click click click click! Good for you putting the money you've saved from not smoking towards a piano though. At least this way you'll have a visual reminder to how much money you wasted before. What's we're both up to speed we could bang out a few duets at these parties!
'roll out the barrels, la la la la.....
Edit to include:
All this reminds me I need to buy my daughter her first piano book!January budget
