Hlep with samsung tocco ultra PICTURE MESSAGING..

I have a samsung tocco ultra which was an orange contract, But I bought it and use my o2 pay and go sim in it, which works fine but, I can't recieve any picture messages though, I just recieve a text off o2 & i have to go online to view it, also i can't send them either, I get the error message 'user barred', I have contacted o2, They have sent me the settings and i have saved them, turned my phone OFF and ON.. also i have enterd them manually. But still no joy and starting to annoy me, o2 said there isn't anything wrong with my sim though!


Can anyone help? Please?

are you sure you've got the correct settings cos even if there's a dot out of place it'l not work

have a look on here to see if you have the correct settings

Hi thanks for your reply.. Yeah i have definately done them correctly checked them a few times..:(
